Grade 5/6 Writing

Term 1 in Writing, our Grade 5/6 students have been bringing history to life through storytelling. Each student selected a historical event from around the world, researched it, and created their own character who lived during that time. They then wrote a narrative from their character’s perspective, imagining what it may have been like to experience the event. It has been wonderful to see students combine their research with creativity to produce engaging and thoughtful pieces of writing.
