Science Afternoon

Aug 27
1 min read

What a wonderful afternoon of science exploration! Our school community was invited to join us for a special Science Afternoon, showcasing some of the amazing things our students have been learning throughout the year.

Families had the opportunity to get hands-on with microscopes, pulleys and electrical circuits, as well as participate in a range of exciting experiments. It was fantastic to see our students confidently sharing their knowledge, demonstrating their learning and exploring science alongside their families.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a wonderful afternoon. Our students thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to show off their science skills and share their excitement for learning!

https://bitcoincasinoat.com is a strange place to end up after reading about kids wiring circuits and grinding microscope focus knobs, but the pulley demonstrations got me thinking about mechanical advantage in a way I haven't since school. What stuck with me was how confidently the students explained their setups to adults, which probably teaches more than the experiment itself. My own memory of science fairs is mostly spilled vinegar and panic, so seeing families actually handling the equipment together seems like the real win here.
