CHATS week 5

This week in CHATs many students brought in special family objects to show their classes. 1/2D were lucky to have Heath’s grandma Marea and his grandad Vic bring in a special old gramophone over 100 years old which played music from wax cylinders. In the photo Vic is showing the students how even a simple drawing pin fastened to a paper cone is enough to amplify the sound from the rotating cone. Wow!
