Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

As we get closer to the end of the year, stress levels tend to increase as we have so many different things to do and focus on. Taking the time to relax and tune in to ourselves is important and can have terrific health and wellbeing benefits. Try some meditation, play some music or go for a walk and put aside some time for yourself, the benefits will be well and truly worth it.
