On the 4th of August, 20 of the 5/6’s went to Lake Mountain for the day. Students spent the morning cross country skiing through the mountain. There were many spills and every student experienced at least one fall (some had multiple), but they persisted, kept getting back up and pushing on. It was a cold and snowy day, perfect conditions for skiing. After lunch students were able to enjoy some tobogganing fun and snow play. There were lots of laughs, downhill toboggan races and snow balls flying around. The 5/6’s had a ball.
