Yellingbo Tree Planting

This week the Junior school council went on an excursion to Yellingbo to plant trees to create critical breeding habitats for the Helmeted Honeyeater and the Leadbeaters Possum. We heard all the about the Helmeted Honeyeater from Cecilia at the ‘Friends of the Helmeted Honeyeater’ base, and even saw a few flying through the trees! It was a fantastic day and we managed to plant 400 trees!
