This week in reading we have been focusing on summarising. Students have done a fantastic job of sharing the important parts of the story with their reading buddy. In reading we use rotations to consolidate our learning. The kids love working independently to extend their understanding of the weeks vocabulary words and spelling focus. Throughout the week, each child participates in guided reading and uses Reading Eggs to reinforce word knowledge and comprehension skills. Don't forget you can log on to Reading Eggs at home too, the kids love it!
