Brain Breaks

Our grade 5/6 students have been working so hard they needed a break to rest and recuperate! In all seriousness they were enjoying a game of Dead Fish as a short brain break after reading and before starting writing. Research clearly shows that brain breaks increase academic achievement, help with concentration, boost on-task behaviour and improve student attitudes. Walking around our school you will notice that every classroom is using brain breaks, it could be dancing, running, playing a game, meditating or even a game of silent ball. We think brain breaks are an essential part of our learning timetable and the kids love it.

This was an incredibly helpful article! I really liked how you explained each point step-by-step without overcomplicating anything. Most blogs only touch the surface, but your content actually provides value that readers can apply right away. Looking forward to reading more posts like this! officina riparazioni auto viadana

This was a really insightful read. I especially liked the point about ___ — it’s something I don’t see discussed often. Looking forward to reading more of your work.
